Empire State of Mind

So, over the weekend I found out some really exciting news! In just a few weeks I will be going to New York City to attend Teen Vogue's Fashion U! I am so excited to be visiting the city for the first time, and can't stop thinking about where to go and what to do, but most importantly what to wear! 

My mind keeps dwelling on these perfect Seychelles 'Bismuth' Booties for the days of classes and seminars, paired with lovely socks or tights! As for touring the city, a warm utility parka to wear in the (hopefully) perfect October weather will do the trick, alongside a bright ruffled skirt for reminders of sunny days past!

I can't wait for my upcoming trip, there's lots of planning still left to do! What would you wear to such a momentous event? And if you have any recommendations of cool places to visit, let me know!
