Eclipse Tips!

I'm sure you're all up to date on the latest news from BP, but just in case you missed it...
All of us bloggers got to put together two looks using tee's from the Eclipse line!
I had so much fun exploring looks with my two shirt options, that I had to try them both!
Here are my two casual looks using the 'Floral Lace' Boyfriend Tee and the 'I Heart Edward' Burnout Tee...

All of the girls looks were so cute! I loved seeing more creative ways to wear the Eclipse line!

Happy Anniversary!

I've been out of town for the weekend, and arrived home just in time to catch the last day of the Anniversary Sale! My mom had her eye on some cardigans, and I was on the lookout for some cute fall leg-wear and a perfect staple skinny jean! Luckily, we found just what we were looking for!
Here are our Anniversary purchases...!
Glad to be back! I'll keep you updated on the fall outfits I'm already planning with these pieces!
What were some of your favorite anniversary finds!?

Hooray for Chambray!

It all started in the spring when I suddenly discovered how much I adore denim shirts. And with the chambray trend on the rise, it was perfect timing. I soon found the best chambray/denim shirt that I could find and have been wearing it 24/7 ever since!

They are so comfortable and can be dressed up with a skirt and belt {like a did a few days ago, as pictured} and can be so great paired with a darker wash jean and flats!
And you don't just have to stick to a button-up shirt, there are so many darling chambray pieces out there! Some of my favorites are the Lucky Brand Shrunken Chambray Work ShirtMimi Chica Convertible Ruffle Chambray DressFire Chambray Tiered Skirt, and the Velvet Heart Strapless Stretch Chambray Romper!
Do you have any new favorite trends from this year? Do share!

Hooray for Ballet!

I've recently started dancing again {I have my whole life, but I took a little break and am back again!} and remembered just how much I love ballerinas and ballet! The style surrounding them is so feminine, soft, and beautiful! Even though ballerinas spend most of their time in leotards, tutus, and tights, we can still get a lot of inspiration from ballet!
Here are some of my favorite ballerina inspired looks!

What are some of your style inspirations?

Growing On Me

I've always been a peachy pink and blue kind of girl. For the most part, I'm a little anti-purple. But, certain shades of the color are starting to grow on me!
I wanted to change things up for my summer pedicure and go for a lavender. It turned out to be a disappointing shade of - what I like to call - awkward pink. I may need to investigate a little more when it comes to the kind of lavender I love.
A few new lavender things that I just might love are...
There is a fine line between a pretty purple and a not pretty purple, but I'm new to this purple thing.
Do you have a new favorite color?
