Graduating from University

Sunday morning was our last day of Fashion U! Upon arrival we were treated to hot chocolate before making our way into the theater for the last few sessions of what had been an amazing weekend! We had been planning on a seminar by Rachel Simmons called ' Empowerment in an Intimidating Industry", however she had reportedly been injured the day before!
So instead, Stacey McKenzie (scheduled for our next class) stepped in!

She was so fun to watch and listen to and very encouraging!
Nest, she joined model Ali Michael and Teen Vogue Editor Amy Astley for a class titled "Keeping Confidence On and Off the Catwalk". It was incredible to hear their stories and their advice on having confidence with yourself no matter what, and to always stay true to who you are!

After a wonderful closing  lineup of seminars, we went to the lobby for a final graduation photo with our certificates! (I admit, I'm not the biggest fan of my graduation photo, but I'll show you anyways...)

Then we exited the theater and that was the end of Teen Vogue Fashion University 2010!
And since that graduation photo is rather unsatisfactory, here are some better pictures that we took after, wandering about Bryant Park and outside the Conde Nast building!

The End!
Extensive retellings of Fashion U and other tales of the city can be found here.
